Ready or not, the holidays are here, and tons of events are happening in Memphis! From Christmas parties to concerts to charity events, you’ll be dressed to the nines and ready to face your social agenda in style. We have fabulous style solutions for three awesome events: Georgia O’Keeffe: Visions of Hawai’i at Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, Magic of Memphis at the Cannon Center for the Performing Arts and New Year’s Eve at the Peabody Hotel.

This special edition of What to Wear not only features gorgeous, brand-new 2019 Lexus models, but it also features representatives of local nonprofit organizations that Lexus of Memphis supports with each car sold. Courtney Smith is the cofounder and chairman of Southern Reins, a charitable nonprofit center for equine therapy, serving individuals with physical, cognitive and emotional disabilities. She is joined by her colleague and the Executive Director of Southern Reins, Jill Haag. From Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, Major Gifts Officer Lindsey Hedgepeth and Visitor Services Representative Khalifa West are our gorgeous models. And last but not least, our two beautiful models from Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital are Director of Epilepsy Patient Services Lai Brooks and Occupational Therapist for Outpatient and Inpatient Rehabilitation Services Amanda Cobb.

The models rocked gorgeous (and a few super-luxe) garments from Sachi, Oak Hall and Dazzle, stunning accessories from Mednikow, and the entire shoot took place at Southern Reins‘ beautiful 28-acre Collierville campus.

Models, cars, and horses are sitting pretty and ready for their events. Pin

The Memphis Symphony Orchestra will be putting on a sparkling celebration of the holiday season. The orchestra, chorus and soloists will be joined by America’s premiere female illusionist Lyn Dillies. Come celebrate Christmas with amazing magic, along with classic hymns and tunes.

What to wear: This symphony orchestra performance-meets-magic show is formal with a fun twist, so we recommend getting creative with your favorite LBD. Make your “LBD” look a jumpsuit for a modern take, dress it up with gorgeous jewelry or and maybe even give it an edge with a pair of booties.
