Celebrate the joy of the season at Tulip Grove, the historic mansion on The Hermitage property built for Andrew Jackson Donelson, nephew of Rachel Jackson and private secretary to President Andrew Jackson. Recognized as one of Tennessee’s best-preserved antebellum homes, Tulip Grove provides the perfect setting for a holiday festival filled with history, family fun, and Christmas cheer. Festival highlights include holiday craft-making for kids and families, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus (with a special one-hour session for pet photos), live music and dance performances, carolers spreading holiday cheer, food trucks, artisan and vendor booths offering unique holiday gifts, and a festive Christmas Trolley.
The festival takes place on December 13 and 14, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm both days at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage, located at 4580 Rachel’s Lane, Hermitage, TN 37076.
