Sweet Chili Peach Dressing
This sweet and tangy recipe comes to us from Natalie Keng’s debut cookbook.
This sweet chili peach dressing is a light, naturally zesty sweet-and-tangy blend that features fresh local peaches and tomatoes when in season.

Sweet Chili Peach Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp jalapeño pepper jelly
- 2 tbsp local honey
- 1 tbsp peach puree
- 1 1/2 tsp tomato paste
- 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sriracha optional
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the garlic, ginger, pepper jelly, honey, peach puree, tomato paste, vinegar, salt, and hot sauce (if using). Slowly drizzle the avocado oil then the sesame oil into the bowl while vigorously whisking the dressing mixture to emulsify. Use immediately or transfer to a covered container and refrigerate for later use. Whisk again before use if the oil and vinegar separate.
