Lamb Burger

These juicy and flavorful lamb burgers are a must!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb. ground lamb
  • 1/4 tsp fennel seed
  • 1/4 tsp ground coffee
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chopped mint
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp crack black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flake
  • 1 tsp Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Let stand for a minimum of 1 hour, the shape into 8-ounce burgers.
  • Grill burger on high heat, 5 minutes each side.
  • Serve burger medium to medium-rare for best results.
  • Top with Cumin Mayo: Combine 2 tbsp mayo, 1/4 tsp ground cumin, 1/4 tsp lemon zest, 1/4 tsp red pepper chili flakes.
