These juicy and flavorful lamb burgers are a must!
- 1/2 lb. ground lamb
- 1/4 tsp fennel seed
- 1/4 tsp ground coffee
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp chopped mint
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp crack black pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flake
- 1 tsp Greek yogurt
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Let stand for a minimum of 1 hour, the shape into 8-ounce burgers.
Grill burger on high heat, 5 minutes each side.
Serve burger medium to medium-rare for best results.
Top with Cumin Mayo: Combine 2 tbsp mayo, 1/4 tsp ground cumin, 1/4 tsp lemon zest, 1/4 tsp red pepper chili flakes.
