  • 1 cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto Exogenous Ketone Powder in peaches and cream
  • 1 ⁄2 avocado
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ⁄2 cup berries fresh or frozen (no sugar added if frozen)
  • 1 ⁄2 cup ice cubes
  • teaspoon liquid stevia optional


  • In a blender, combine the coconut milk, protein powder, avocado, spinach, berries, ice, and stevia (if using).
  • Blend until thoroughly mixed and frothy.
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
