The FAVE (Fruit And Veggie Elixir)

  • 1 handful of ice
  • 1 generous handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries blueberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries (if you use frozen berries, nix the ice)
  • 1/2-1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • Add water for consistency
  • 2 tablespoons collagen peptides optional!


  • Assemble the ingredients in a blender as listed above (ice first, flax seed last). Blend on the highest setting for 1 minute or until creamy.
