  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup cold brew
  • 3/4 cup chocolate almond milk
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey
  • 6-8 ice cubes


  • Mix all ingredients in blender.
