Opening Friday, March 12, OZ Arts Nashville hosts a new exhibition from Nashville artist and curator Pam Marlene Taylor. Titled Spoiler Alert, the exhibit features tapestries created on hand-built looms that focus on loss and grief and warn viewers of the impending “plot twist” that all people eventually confront: death. Through this artwork, Pam remembers those lost during the current pandemic and highlights the injustices faced by women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in poverty. The exhibit can be viewed online, and in-person appointments can be scheduled by emailing [email protected]. Admission begins at $15, and the exhibit continues through June 30.
