The Catbird Seat
The Catbird Seat is going through a metamorphosis of sorts, which is certainly fitting for one of Nashville’s most compelling boutique restaurants. Conceived by owners Max and Ben Goldberg as a place where chefs can express their creativity with no boundaries, The Catbird Seat doesn’t disappoint. With only 22 seats available, patrons are given a culinary experience that keeps it in high demand. The restaurant continues to titillate the senses with a tasting menu and an optional beverage pairing. Each course is mastered using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Since the restaurant focuses on the individual dining experience, the largest group The Catbird Seat can accommodate is 4 persons.
Reservations can be made 30 days ahead of time, so book accordingly.
