Situated in the historic Franklin Factory, Saffire serves up creative cuisine at brunch, lunch and dinner. The colorful menu features gumbo, pasta, gourmet burgers and everything in between. The menu is diverse but each plate is carefully considered. Many menu items include meats and produce that is sourced locally and pair perfectly with wines from their spectacular wine list. Saffire is equal parts intimate restaurant and lively bar. This urban warehouse is the ideal place to host private events, dine with friends, or simply linger over lunch. Managing partner, Jennifer Masley, and Tom Morales, proprietor, continue to wow us with their top-notch restaurants and creative dining ideas.
The entrees are worthy – we drool when we think about the Gumbo Ya Ya, a New Orleans classic with just the right amount of kick. And don’t miss half off bottles of wines and $20 oysters on Sunday and Tuesday!
