Fin & Pearl
Fin & Pearl is Nashville’s first fresh seafood restaurant committed to sustainable and traceable sourcing and earth-friendly operations. They create an approachable dining experience served with impeccable Southern hospitality, where guests can relax over delicious food and drink. Owner Tom Morales and Executive Chef Matt Farley have crafted a phenomenal menu that offers exciting and exotic preparations of ethically-sourced seafood, as well as new takes on classics. The wine list is impressively curated, and the beer and cocktail menus include local craft favorites alongside sea-inspired libations. In addition to great drinks, the Ocean Bar at Fin & Pearl will feature an expanded raw bar menu, with an assortment of several kinds of oysters in hot and cold preparations, shrimp cocktail, fresh poke, a selection of caviar with traditional garnishes, and sampling platters. Fin & Pearl is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, and brunch and dinner Saturday and Sunday.
