20 Indulgent FINDS Worth the Splurge
Rose zircon & diamond ring
This jaw-dropping ring is one item we are coveting this season. Most zircons that you see are blue due to a heat treatment. This zircon is unheated to bring out the rose-colored tones of the natural stone, so this is a very unique piece. Surrounding the gem are round diamonds, set in a platinum and rose gold band. The one-of-a-kind ring was made by E. J. Sain Jewelry Company‘s in-house designer, Timothy Stammen, who also creates custom pieces for their customers. Price available upon request.
Elizabeth Locke jewelry
We are always fascinated by Elizabeth Locke jewelry, as she chooses to use 19K gold — something you don’t see very often. These neoclassical handmade pieces are inspired by the antique jewelry of the Etruscans, Greeks and Romans, which is evident in the designs and materials she uses. From luminescent stones to engraved Venetian glass and other historical pieces such as porcelain buttons, Elizabeth is always on the hunt for the next treasure to incorporate into her designs. The best part is that you can find some of her collection at Mednikow in Green Hills! This cabochon aquamarine and blue zircon side-stone 19K gold ring is $4,200, the aquamarine elephant 19K gold pendant is $4,450 and the “Oruieto” 17-inch 19K gold link chain is $8,050.
Diamonds are a girl’s best friend, especially when placed on pretty bangles that you can layer. Whether you wear them separate or all together, they’re the perfect way to add some sparkle to any outfit. Though each of these bangles is by a different designer, they pair so well with each other. The all-around 1.45-carat 18k diamond cuff by Rudolf Friedmann is $4,500, the half-way .56-carat 14k diamond bangle by PeJay Creations is $3,100, the open cuff .69-carat 14k by MK jewelry is $3,475 and you can find them all at Cindi Earl Fine Jewelry.
Temple St. Clair
You’re sure to stand out and sparkle in Temple St. Clair, who was also the featured jeweler for the Swan Ball. Founded in Florence, Italy, these pieces are made by the world’s finest goldsmiths, the centuries-old Florentine goldsmiths’ guild. As seen in her designs, Temple St. Clair’s work is inspired by mythical stories and creatures. AshBlue carries the line exclusively in Nashville, so make sure to stop in and try on the gorgeous pieces for yourself. This Signature Rock Crystal Amulet with diamond is $3,100, 18k gold chain with rose cut white sapphire is $8,700, and 18k gold Beehive Chain is $3,700. The bracelet amulet is $2,300, and the 18k gold chain is $3,500.
Sapphire & diamond studs
Diamonds never go out of style, nor do sapphires, and these earrings combine the two. Natural unheated sapphires (the sapphires were meticulously matched from the same piece of rough!) are set in 18k gold with high-quality diamond accents. The classic pairing will complement any outfit. Studs are perfect for dressing up a simple look or pairing with other jewelry for a fancier outing.
