A new year brings a host of resolutions, big and small. Exercising daily and eating healthier are at the top of our list — again. And while we hope that the morning jog and pre-packed salad for lunch will last, far too many February’s have arrived (Super Bowl parties, Mardi Gras celebrations and chocolate boxes in tow) to thwart our efforts. So resolution No. 3 for 2017 is to stretch our minds.
Adult education classes abound in Nashville. Writing, cooking, dancing, sculpting, basket weaving — you name it, Music City has it.
