Class will start at 10am with a short paddleboard safety lesson, and then they’ll paddle into the Gulf of Mexico pool at Mud Island River Park to challenge your balance, build your core strength, float on the water, and salute the sun with AMAZING views of downtown Memphis.
After, they will gather for mimosas to celebrate the start of summer! Sup Yoga takes place in the pool at Memphis River Park every Sunday at 10am.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your Standup Paddleboard if you have one! You get a discounted rate and you’ll get more familiar and comfortable with your own board. Bring a towel, sunscreen, water bottle, hat/sunglasses. Leave valuables at home! We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Swimsuit or active wear (preferably quick dry or moisture wicking)
WHERE TO PARK:
Parking is at Mud Island River Park. Walk through the Mississippi River model to get to the Gulf of Mexico pool at the end. Expect a 5-10 minute walk from your car.
