Founder Kelcie Hamm returned to Memphis after spending her college years in Manhattan with the desire to make healthy food accessible and affordable. Her vision came to fruition when she opened Wild Beet Salad Co., a chic shop devoted to fresh chopped salads and wraps. Customers can choose from an encompassing list of salads and wraps or build their own dish out of their favorite ingredients and homemade dressings. Designed to accommodate the busy schedules of its customers by offering all of their menu items to-go, Kelcie and her staff are committed to sourcing only the highest quality and freshest ingredients and have endowed Memphis with a nutritious and delicious alternative to fast food.
