From indulgent spots to relax and get the job done, to oldie goldie favorite spots to unwind, eat or even shop, here’s my list of favorite Wifi hot spots that will keep you warm this winter while you work away!
Diva Nails & Spa
In the wake of lots of family togetherness and in desperate need of some TLC and post-holiday solitude where I could get some reading done, I took my flip flops and Kindle Fire to (where else?) the neighborhood nail salon. Among the services not listed on the menu at Diva Nails & Spa, is free Wifi. Now what’s better than a foot rub and a mimosa to get the creative juices flowing! I propose that all future StyleBlueprint meetings be held in a massage chair. facebook.com/pages/Diva-Nail-And-Spa

Tamp & Tap
Downtown at Tamp & Tap you can “grind or unwind” daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Their artisan coffee alongside a delightful breakfast/brunch menu will jump start your work day where there’s plenty of room to sit, work and people watch. Stay for a craft beer and one of their signature salads or hearty sandwiches, too! For lunch, try the warm and toasty Packard grilled cheese sandwich. tampandtap.com

Always a favorite spot for lunch meetings or a centrally located solitary work station, at Booksellers Bistro, located in the Booksellers at Laurelwood, you can slide into a cozy booth or grab a seat at the bar. You’ll always get great service and good grub while you work away. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 there’s a spirited children’s story/music hour, so for the easily distracted, it might not be the quietest time to crunch. While you’re there, be sure to try try the warm and savory Blue Cheese Tomato soup and you are sure to find something you can’t live without in the bookstore that’s brimming with books and more! thebooksellersatlaurelwood.com/bronte-bistro

If it’s coffee you crave, Christian mapped out some the great local coffee shops in her post, A Local Coffee Tour, that all offer Wifi to get the job done, as well.
