Now, more than ever, it’s important to take care of your body and mind. Working out for just 30 minutes a day can make all the difference, and just because you can’t be with your favorite trainer or group class in person, you may still be able to enjoy these folks from afar. Here are some Memphis fitness studios offering virtual classes.

Better Bodies Yoga

Restore and replenish your mind and body with Better Bodies Yoga. Although the studio isn’t open, classes are offered through Zoom, and you sign up through the MINDBODY client app. Classes are $20, and in case you need props, the studio offers blocks, a blanket, a bolster, a strap and a set of weights for $5 each. Hot Yoga Plus

Offering power flow yoga, hot 26, fusion, sculpt and restorative classes, Hot Yoga Plus has plenty of options to keep you moving and active. You can sign up for your course through the MINDBODY client app. And did we mention the studio also offers classes for kids? Regular classes are $10, and kids’ classes are $15 drop-in price and is for unlimited kids in one house.

Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga offers different wellness and fitness classes that are both enjoyable and challenging. With classes like hot yoga and Pilates, Bikram yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, there are plenty of ways to try something new. Core Collective Broad

Core Collective Broad offers six different classes: strength, interval, fundamentals, Vinyasa flow, circuits, and a private Reformer. Made for all levels of experience, you’ll start to notice a change in just 10 sessions. The studio offers online classes through Vimeo, and you can purchase two weeks of unlimited classes for $49 here.

Delta Groove Yoga

Delta Groove Yoga works to inspire one another and the community while finding balance and strength from within to help change the world. You can join Delta Groove for streamed classes by signing up through the MINDBODY client app at least 30 minutes before class. You’ll receive an email with a private Zoom invitation 15 minutes before class begins. Classes start at $9.

Mind/Body HAUS

Mind/Body HAUS is a yoga and fitness studio located in the heart of Midtown. It offers heated and non-heated power flow, Vinyasa Yoga, cardio dance and more. Starting at $20, you can book classes through the MINDBODY client app.

Pike Yoga

Pike Yoga has a philosophy of “Attitude. Matitude. Gratitude.” You can get a monthly membership with a 7-day free trial for $16 per month, or an annual membership with two months free and a 14-day trial for $160 per year. Click here to access the online studio.

Sumits Yoga

Sumit Banerjee created Sumits Yoga based on his experience practicing and teaching various yoga styles like Bikram and Vinyasa. He wanted to help others realize the powerful wellness benefits of yoga. Sumits Yoga’s Facebook Group offers a variety of classes for all active paid members, intro offer holders and ClassPass members. Students without a class package can purchase unlimited access. Comment on the class with your full name, like the post to get credit for your class, and you can purchase a one-week unlimited package for online streaming for $20.

Two Pillars Yoga Studio

Two Pillars Yoga Studio is made for those who are brand new to yoga, looking for a new yoga home or have been doing yoga forever. Class sizes are small, friendly and encouraging. For Two Pillars’ virtual classes, you can purchase two online courses for $18. You sign up on the MINDBODY client app for a Zoom class.

F45 Training

F45 Training offers a 45-minute workout that will get your blood and heart pumping. Classes include cardio, resistance and hybrid workouts. For $20 a week, you get five custom workouts, exclusive content and support to maintain your fitness goals. Sign up on the MINDBODY client app.

SHED Group Fitness

SHED Group Fitness offers group classes each day that focus on a different muscle group. Members are led through stations of moderate to high-intensity exercises, with private classes also available. Classes (with weights) are offered through the MINDBODY client app and are $10.


A typical Shred415 class alternates between the treadmill and floor, ultimately resulting in four, 15-minute intervals for each. There are strength-training and cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated. And right now, Shred415 is offering free live Instagram and Facebook workouts. All workouts will also be posted to the Shred415 YouTube channel.

ZenStudio Fitness

ZenStudio Fitness offers cycling, barre, sculpt, bounce, dance cardio, core, yoga and kick. Offering classes on Vimeo, you can go through and watch classes at your own convenience here. For live workouts, you sign up on the MINDBODY client app. Those classes are $20.
