Holiday Cocktails to Sip on This Season

The holidays bring plenty of time for gathering with friends or cozying up by the fire with your significant other. Here are some fabulous fall cocktails, courtesy of William Grant & Sons, that bring distinct flavors and a decidedly seasonal vibe to your holiday cocktail lineup. Enjoy (and always drink responsibly)!

Course Holiday cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 2 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Cider Cask
  • Fresh-pressed Apple Juice

Instructions
 

  • Build in a highball glass over ice, garnish with an apple wedge.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 part Drambuie
  • 1 ½ parts Pumpkin Puree
  • ⅛ part Ground Cinnamon
  • ⅛ part Ground Nutmeg
  • 4 parts Steamed Whole Milk Or choice milk-base

Instructions
 

  • Steam milk, pumpkin puree and spices together until hot.
  • Double-strain into Irish Coffee Mug. Stir in Drambuie.
  • Garnish with steamed milk foam and freshly ground nutmeg dusted on top.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ parts Milagro Añejo
  • ½ part fresh lime juice
  • 1 barspoon tamarind concentrate
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 parts Sidral Mundet apple soda
  • Red apple slice

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients except soda and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with apple soda. Garnish with a red apple slice.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 parts Fistful of Bourbon
  • 2 parts hot water
  • ½ part mint simple syrup
  • ½ part fresh lime juice
  • 1 bar spoon crème de cacao
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a mug. Garnish with a large sprig of mint and freshly grated nutmeg.

Course Holiday cocktails

Ingredients
  

  • 2 parts Reyka Vodka
  • 1 part Cranberry 100% juice
  • ¾ part Vanilla spiced syrup recipe below*

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake, strain & garnish.

*To make vanilla spiced syrup: Bring 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 5 allspice, 1 cinnamon stick 2.5in. Bring to a boil in a pot. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool completely. Fine strain and add .5 oz vanilla extract.
