- 2 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Cider Cask
- Fresh-pressed Apple Juice
Instructions
- Build in a highball glass over ice, garnish with an apple wedge.

Ingredients
- 1 part Drambuie
- 1 ½ parts Pumpkin Puree
- ⅛ part Ground Cinnamon
- ⅛ part Ground Nutmeg
- 4 parts Steamed Whole Milk Or choice milk-base
Instructions
- Steam milk, pumpkin puree and spices together until hot.
- Double-strain into Irish Coffee Mug. Stir in Drambuie.
- Garnish with steamed milk foam and freshly ground nutmeg dusted on top.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ parts Milagro Añejo
- ½ part fresh lime juice
- 1 barspoon tamarind concentrate
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 parts Sidral Mundet apple soda
- Red apple slice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients except soda and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with apple soda. Garnish with a red apple slice.

- 2 parts Fistful of Bourbon
- 2 parts hot water
- ½ part mint simple syrup
- ½ part fresh lime juice
- 1 bar spoon crème de cacao
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mug. Garnish with a large sprig of mint and freshly grated nutmeg.

Cran-Spiced Martini

Cran-Spiced Martini
Ingredients
- 2 parts Reyka Vodka
- 1 part Cranberry 100% juice
- ¾ part Vanilla spiced syrup recipe below*
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake, strain & garnish.
*To make vanilla spiced syrup: Bring 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 5 allspice, 1 cinnamon stick 2.5in. Bring to a boil in a pot. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool completely. Fine strain and add .5 oz vanilla extract.
