Hooray for a long weekend! Let’s clear something up real quick though, Labor Day is later than we all default to thinking. That’s right ladies and gents, Labor day is September 7th, not September 1st. We know, we are right there with ya. Let’s all let out a big sigh and power through one more work week together.

September 4 and 6: Louisville Bats Postgame Fireworks

September 4 through 6: Kentucky Bluegrass and Bourbon Experience
There’s no better way to toast goodbye to summer than with a glass of bourbon, some live bluegrass music and savory barbecue. The Kentucky Bluegrass and Bourbon Experience is three days of incredible fun celebrating the end of summer. September 4 through 7: WorldFest

September 7: Subway Fresh Fit Hike, Bike & Paddle
This event is held annually every Memorial Day and Labor Day on Waterfront Park. Various fitness demonstrations start the day including: yoga, tai chi, zumba, pickleball, NIA and much more.
