The Louisville Salt Cave is hosting a speaker series every Thursday in August to further educate consumers on their health. August 10: Dr. Peter Beucker will be discussing the topic of “Stress Less and Improve Your Health in 10 Minutes a Day.” A teacher of meditation, Dr. Beucker believes that the body and mind are connected in many ways, and this can be leveraged to improve one’s health in real and measurable ways.
August 17: Sarah Charmoli will take on the topic of “The Role of Our Breath.” Having trained in the Effiji Breath Technique, Charmoli shares this technique that is used as a means to awaken higher consciousness and heal the body. Breathwork has been known to help with any and all diseases of the body and mind.
August 24: Kimberly May will address the topic “Get to the Heart of Stress” using her expertise in HearthMath. HeartMath is the only scientifically-validated system of stress intervention techniques and objective biometric feedback that quantifiably and dramatically boost the health performance of individuals and organizations.
August 31: Megan Bartley will speak on “Training the Brain.” She believes to have found this approach calming and centering for clients and that it does wonders for individuals dealing with anger, depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
