Want to serve something different than your run-of-the-mill Thanksgiving meal? Varanese offers holiday turduckens. “What’s a turducken?” you ask. A turducken is a pre-cooked, de-boned turkey stuffed with a de-boned duck, which is stuffed with a de-boned chicken, filled with Cajun stuffing, roasted in the oven and served with a spicy sauce. If you prefer your turducken uncooked, you can get that too! Turduckens for 18 to 20 people are $150, and for 25 to 30 people, they’re $170.
