Local jewelry designer Nancy Anderson is the founder of Wired Differently, a business she launched after losing her son to suicide in 2011. These delicate hand-wrapped copper, sterling silver and freshwater button pearl earrings, designed by local artist Shevvy Pearlman Baker, are a lovely way to celebrate a friendship during this time of year. Upcycled bracelets 

Connect with your wild side and slip on these cool creations by 17-year-old designer Chloe Tuminello of Shelby County. Her focus is on making each bracelet unique, and she definitely hits the mark. Chloe’s pieces incorporate old belts, buttons, brooches, fabric and charms, even spoons and silver cuffs, which she hand stamps with verses and inspirational quotes.
