Love is in the air this month — love for fashion that is! February has our hearts fluttering as we think of all the amazing events we can attend — and the stylish looks we can sport to each soiree. We’ve chosen great looks from Work the Metal and That Cute Little Shop that are perfect for Valentine’s Day Dinner at Whitehall, Tailspin Ale Fest at Bowman Field and The 7th Annual Gravy Cup at Mellwood Arts Center. And as we curated the most fashion-forward looks for these events, one thing became very clear: Textured third pieces are IN! From faux fur jackets and fuzzy shag sweaters to quilted vests, grab a fun layer in your favorite texture to complete your on-trend February looks!

What to wear: Let’s get fancy, shall we? Show yourself some love by dressing up in that little black dress you adore or that jumpsuit you’ve been saving for a special occasion. These looks are also perfect for any other romantic or girls’ night Valentine’s Day plans you may have. We chose three fashion-forward looks from Work the Metal and That Cute Little Shop. And, of course, textured third pieces, from shag to faux fur, finish off each look. Here’s what to wear to the Valentine’s Day Dinner at Whitehall.

What to wear: It’s going to be a cold one, so layers are key! We are all about some vests for this event. They’ll keep you warm without feeling bulky so you can move around and sample all of the delicious brews. Here’s what to wear to Tailspin Ale Fest at Bowman Field.

Hop on the gravy train and head to Mellwood Arts Center for The 7th Annual Gravy Cup. The competition takes place from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., with tickets starting at $20.
What to wear: We’re calling these looks “casual chic.” They’re comfy and perfect for spending long hours in, but they’re also so stylish and will make you feel great in the crowd. Just be sure not to spill gravy on yourself! Whether it’s shag, a tiered bell sleeve or a flowing duster, these textured sweaters take each look to the next level! Here’s what to wear to The 7th Annual Gravy Cup.
We hope you enjoy this month of love and all the fashion it has to bring. Stay warm, Lou!
