Do you have a signature food gift that you give year after year like orange rolls, buttermilk pie, fudge or another secret family recipe?  Have you ever imagined canning/bottling or producing that item and having it sold in stores all over town? Well, that is exactly what Tiffany Denson, local wife and mom of two, did. Her holiday gift of mason jars filled with her sweet garlic vinaigrette always received rave reviews and requests for more, so when her husband’s business began to suffer, Tiffany decided to step up and step out and had her creation bottled and manufactured. T.lish dressing is now sold all over the south and locally at the Pants Store (where she sold her first bottles!), Western Supermarkets, Whole Foods, Freshfully Market, the Piggly Wiggly, Organic Harvest and many more retailers.

T. lish is so versatile as a marinade on meat, seafood and veggies, and as a dressing for salads and sides, such as quinoa. Her website is full of beautiful photos and loads of recipes I can’t wait to try. Today, Tiffany has shared a salad recipe just for StyleBlueprint readers to enjoy:

T.Lish Chopped Cobb and Grilled Chicken Salad
(Serves 4-6 dinner size salads)

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Hearts of Romaine, chopped

3 ears of corn, could substitute canned corn

1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

4-6 oz. Gorgonzola cheese

1-2 avocados, chopped

1 – 1½ cups crispy onions (I use Fresh Gourmet, lightly salted)

Olive oil

1 bottle T.Lish Sweet Garlic Vinaigrette

Marinate chicken breast between 4 hours and overnight in T.Lish Sweet Garlic Vinaigrette. Prepare grill and grill chicken until juices run clear. Once the chicken is ready, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice or chop the chicken to place on top of finished salad. Cut corn off the cob and sauté in a small amount of olive oil over medium high heat for 8-10 minutes, let cool. Meanwhile, chop romaine and remaining vegetables. Place romaine in a large salad bowl then layer the corn, avocado, crispy onions, tomato, chicken and Gorgonzola on top of romaine. Dress with T.Lish Sweet Garlic Vinaigrette and serve.

My family enjoys T.lish marinated chicken wraps, where they can pick and choose their accompaniments. Pick up a bottle of T.lish and let us know how you like it best!

Thanks, Tiffany!
