On Motherhood: Episode 1 of Our New Podcast, Southern Voices

May 8, 2018 by Ashley Haugen

At last! We are thrilled to bring you the very first episode of StyleBlueprint’s podcast, Southern Voices. The first topic we’re discussing is … MOTHERHOOD!

On episode #1, we talk with three lovely women, each of whom are experiencing motherhood in different ways. Sarah Stone Smith shares what it’s like to be a mom after you’ve lost your own. Leslie Neal sheds light on what it’s like to be a mom to a child with special needs. And Ashley Childers offers insight (and few tips) on how to step into the role of “stepmom” with grace.

Whether you are a mom, have a mom or perhaps have a special maternal relationship with a loved one, we hope you enjoy our first episode. It was a labor of love that was worth every single minute … kind of like having a baby!

On with the show …
