Coconut Milk/Turmeric Anti-inflammatory Latte

  • 1.5 c drinking coconut milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Honey to taste


  • Start by heating up the coconut milk, turmeric, vanilla and cinnamon.
  • Once combined, use a frother to give the latte some body.
  • Add in honey to taste.
  • OPTIONAL: For coffee-lovers, adding in a shot of espresso afterwards gives you a bonus boost!
