Past, Present, & Afrofuturism synthesizes themes from African cultures, Western culture, and Afrofuturism to establish a new Black iconography. Separated into three parts — Past, Present, and Future — each series of paintings builds upon the last, similar scenes in a play. Art goers can view the free exhibit by emailing OZ’s Manager of Artistic Programming, Daniel Jones, at [email protected] to make an appointment. ozartsnashville.org
