The Crisis Center hosts the Thomas E. Jernigan Foundation’s Just A Call Away 5K and Fun Run at Patriot Park on Saturday, August 19. Registration is $40 for the 5K, $25 for the fun run, or $35 for the virtual 5K. Proceeds benefit the Crisis Center, which serves the unmet needs of people experiencing personal crises or mental health issues. Races begin at 8 a.m. runsignup.com
