Head to the OZ Arts lounge on Wednesday, June 28, for a FREE reading event with the 2022-23 Art Wire Fellows. Hear the writers share poetry and prose sparked by this season’s performances and celebrate a year of inspired writing. A unique collaboration between OZ Arts and The Porch, Art Wire is a fellowship program that allows a cohort of writers to experience performances and respond with original writing that is personal, playful, and deeply engaged. The writers come from a variety of backgrounds and have been mentored through the writing process by celebrated local poet Ciona Rouse and the director of The Porch’s youth programs, Joe Kane. The event is free to attend, but attendees are encouraged to RSVP. Doors open at 6 p.m., and performances start at 7 p.m. artwire.ozartsnashville.org
