From cozy furniture and comfy tees to cocktail mixers and party napkins, we’ve bounced around the Queen City to bring you some awesome local FINDS this month. Here’s what we’re loving this October and think you will, too!
BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH
October has become synonymous with breast cancer awareness. While we encourage all women to get their mammograms, we also encourage the support of organizations that help in the fight to end breast cancer. One great source to find some great items for a great cause is Southern Tide, where you can shop a variety of stylish pink products and, for the month of October, 10% of all sales go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.. French occasional chairs
We’re always on the lookout for a piece of great furniture and that’s exactly what we found at Studio 2935 Interiors in Historic South End. We immediately fell in love with a pair of oversized French occasional chairs that would go in any room and fit with any decor. Plus, they look like the perfect place to curl up and read a book. A bit of a splurge, the pair sells for $1,200.
Succulents have become a popular decorating trend and we totally love it. They are the most low-maintenance plants you can have around the house and when you kill just about everything that’s green like we do, it’s nice to have options! Plus they’re really neat to look at. Exceptional Terrariums, located in Atherton Mill and Market, has plenty to choose from at a variety of price points.
