Show off your Southern style with this hand-crafted, gold pineapple-on-tortoise bangle from Bourbon and Boweties. Bangles come in two sizes — standard, which measures 7.5 inches round, and large, which is 8 inches round. We found ours at Swoozie’s Charlotte for $36.
Meredith Jackson earrings
We immediately fell in love with these green drop earrings by Charlotte jewelry designer Meredith Jackson. The stunning green color is what caught our attention. We found them at Woo Skincare and Cosmetics for $150.
Lucky elephant necklace
Accessorize any outfit with this lucky elephant necklace for $65 from Erin McDermott Jewelry. The hand-carved elephant pendant is available in several colors including orange, white, red, pink and purple. Chains come in silver or gold and hang 24 inches from the neck.
Game day bracelet
Represent your favorite college football team this season with a game day beaded stretch bracelet from BOEM Boutique. We’re Alabama fans, so we picked up a Bama bracelet for $18, but they also come in plenty of other teams like Clemson, South Carolina and N.C. State. (They also make Carolina Panthers bracelets, by the way!)
Hudson & Lee simple syrup
Bar carts are all the rage these days, and we’ve found something local to add to yours. Charlotte’s own Hudson & Lee Honey Simple Syrup is the perfect addition to any craft cocktail and is affordable at $13.50 per 8-oz. bottle. We plan to buy a few to give as hostess gifts this holiday season.
Add some bling to your wine bottle with one of these glitzy gemstone stoppers, $32 from B.D. Jeffries. They’re stainless steel and come in several stones including amethyst, quarts, pyrite and black onyx. We think they’re a great hostess gift!
Travel eye mask
Sleep a little easier on your next trip, whether you’re on the road or on a red eye, with this hilarious canvas eye mask from Old Tom Foolery’s travel collection. You can take your pick from a few different quirky sayings like “Napping is my in-flight entertainment,” or “Pardon my drool.” We found this one at Blacklion for $9.50.
