Join Chef Adam Evan’s for his upcoming collaborative dinner, Bast-O-Matic, with Executive Chef Josh Habiger of Nashville, TN’s Bastion. To be held at Automatic Seafood & Oysters on Sunday, February 16th, Chef Adam and Josh will be cooking together, creating a 9-course Prix Fixe menu featuring dishes from both restaurants (one course Adam’s, one course Josh’s, and one course in collaboration). The chefs will then switch for the same style dinner at Bastion in Nashville on Tuesday, February 18th.
With reservations beginning at 5:30PM and the last seating at 8:30PM, tickets are priced at $90 per guest (beverages, gratuity, and tax not included). Because of the special nature of the dinner, it is not recommended for guests with dietary restrictions such as shellfish or seafood allergies, seafood aversions, or vegetarians.
