Now that we’ve featured a bar cart, cocktail glass setup and fabulous coasters, we’ve got to give you the recipe for a delicious summer-appropriate libation. This Frozen Bourbon Lemon Granita from Coopers’ Craft is light, refreshing and just right for the warm weather. Here’s the recipe …
- 1.5 oz Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
- ½ oz Limoncello
- 3 oz Lemonade Concentrate (thawed from juice freezer section)
- ¾ cup ice
- 2 dashes bitters
- Place Bourbon, limoncello, lemonade concentrate and ice in blender.
- Blend for 15 seconds or until very smooth texture is reached.
- Pour into your favorite glassware and garnish with big sprig of mint and slice of lemon and the 2 dashes of bitters right on top.
- Serve with a metal straw and enjoy with friends.
