At the intersection of Interstate 459 and Highway 150, Stadium Trace Village has come to life. With the frequent new openings of retail stores, restaurants and entertainment venues in this Hoover hot spot, the city is booming once again. The 43-acre development broke ground in 2017, and it continues to grow and thrive with new establishments opening. Recently named Hoover’s first entertainment district, Stadium Trace Village boasts family-friendly dining, local shopping and many more exciting opportunities to come.

Frutta Bowls: One of the biggest food trends we’ve seen surface the last few years has been the delicious (and surprisingly healthy) açaí bowl, and Frutta Bowls is continuing the trend in the Magic City. This superfood café was founded in 2016 and has taken Birmingham by storm. Stadium Trace Village is Frutta Bowls’ third location here and likely won’t be their last!

MELT: Craving something cheesy and delicious? MELT should be your first stop at this new development. Stadium Trace Village is officially home to the third Alabama MELT location. Boasting a modern twist on Southern classics, this restaurant concept features unique menu items like the Mac ‘n Egg Roll and fan-favorite, the Mac Melt.

Smoosh: Smoosh represents the best of both worlds — cookies and ice cream. This gourmet ice cream sandwich shop features fresh-baked cookies and doughnuts, delectable ice cream, and tons of delicious toppings. Our favorite combination? Two double chocolate chip cookies and a scoop of Cappuccino Fudge Crunch ice cream topped with chocolate chips. Thank us later.

Taco Mama: No new development in Alabama is complete without a Taco Mama. Home to the beloved Fat Boy burrito and Mi Casa margarita, Taco Mama is an authentic Mexican restaurant that serves some of the most delicious eats in the South. Thanks to Stadium Trace Village becoming Hoover’s first entertainment district, you can take your marg to go and explore all the development has to offer.

Wrapsody offers shoppers a wide variety of brands including several Southern makers. Shop gifts for her, him and baby, as well as clothing, shoes and much more. Our favorite thing about Wrapsody?
