SB verdict: SO GOOD! And, this smoothie makes for a bit larger volume than the Almond Berry Keto Smoothie. Packed with spinach, berries and avocado, it just feels healthy to drink. And, just so you know, the avocado adds a creamy texture but not an avocado taste.
Also, heads up that the Perfect Keto Exogenous Ketone Powder is kinda pricey at $59 per jar. And, that jar fits in the palm of your hand! But, you’ll get 15 servings at about $4 per serving which still comes in less than ordering a smoothie out, especially one made with these ingredients. Keto Recipe: Berry-Avocado Keto Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto Exogenous Ketone Powder in peaches and cream
- 1 ⁄2 avocado
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 ⁄2 cup berries fresh or frozen (no sugar added if frozen)
- 1 ⁄2 cup ice cubes
- teaspoon liquid stevia optional
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, protein powder, avocado, spinach, berries, ice, and stevia (if using).
- Blend until thoroughly mixed and frothy.
