A friend of mine recently told me that her flat iron cord had gone bad due to wrapping the cord to store it in a drawer. I felt bad for her, as I thought about how dismayed I would be if I was faced with having to replace my somewhat expensive, daily styling tool. But then she told me it was no biggie because she would just drop it off at Little Hardware in MB Village where they would replace the cord for about ten bucks. Say what?
I did some research and yes, Little Hardware fixes broken flat iron cords and much, much more. They repair outdoor extension cords, lamps, irons, toaster ovens, toasters and other small appliances. What’s more, they will sharpen lawn tools, knives and scissors. I hate to admit how many times I have replaced these types of items simply because I did not think anyone was still doing these types of repairs.
Thanks, Little Hardware for keeping our flat irons from going flat and so much more!
