Come see the Magic City from Vulcan’s view. Atop Red Mountain on a 124-foot pedestal, the world’s largest cast iron statue overlooks the city of Birmingham. The park grounds and observation tower surrounding Vulcan offer breathtaking panoramic views of downtown Birmingham and the area– an ideal first stop to introduce you to the city, day or night.
