Yesterday, we featured the beautiful Danielle Burke and her store Atlanta Activewear in our weekly FACES post. And today we want to share even more fabulous stores in Virginia-Highland. The area has truly become a shopping destination with a mix of shops for every style and taste. Today, we are featuring five must-go shops in Virginia-Highland. All of these shops are located right in the main village area of Virginia-Highland, making for easy walking and shopping!
A mix of everything you want in a store, Urban Cottage has a variety of items for you and your home. They stock beautiful furniture, plates, glasses and tabletop, books, lamps, and even clothing. It is the prefect place to stop in if you need a gift for someone, or want to treat yourself.

Part floral shop, part local boutique, Twelve is a beautiful store filled with handpicked items by owner and florist, John McDonald. They have a great selection of cards for any occasion, a fabulous selection of jewelry and art, and great pick up items like candles. John also takes great pride in supporting local artist and jewelers. As for flowers, John and his staff can help you with anything from a simple floral arrangement to large events like weddings.
Twelve is located right next to Atlanta Activewear on Virginia Avenue.
Owner, Winter Hodges always envisioned 310 Rosemont to be a place not only to shop for clothes, but also to enjoy a beer and good company. The store is a beautiful space filled with clothes for both men and women, as well as a pool table perfect for an impromptu game. They also have a denim bar with an array of brands and style, which makes it a great place to find the perfect pair of jeans.
310 Rosemont is located just north of the main triangle on North Highland Avenue.
One of the newest shops in the Virginia-Highland, Winter Wren was opened by the same owner as 310 Rosemont, but has a slightly different style. A little more boho and feminine, Winter Wren stocks clothing from Michael Stars, BB Dakota, and French Connection to name a few. They also have a “shop within a shop” by dedicating a corner of the store to the clothing line, Free People.
Winter Wren is located right at the corner of Virginia Ave and North Highland. www.facebook.com/WinterWrenATL
