The modern tapas menu keeps the atmosphere casual yet offers up some decidedly new tastes. Tables set with individual ordering tablets and pencils let everyone mix-and-match selections to cure whatever their cravings. Though the cuisine radiates it’s Mexican inspiration, a variety of flavors splash about, including some Asian and Mediterranean twists. Taco platters may take center stage, but the supporting entrées, salads and sides play leads in their own vignettes. (The chopped salad and mushroom mole tamale … still craving it! I may need a minute … )
