Behold, five fabulous Atlanta spa facials!
The CryoFacial at Icebox Cryotherapy
For those who are crunched for time, the CryoFacial ($45) offered by Icebox Cryotherapy may be just the solution. One of these 10- to 12-minute cryotherapy treatments (a process that blows nitrogen gas directly onto the skin in a very safe and comfy way) will help tighten skin and reduce redness. “By stimulating collagen growth, the CryoFacial will give you a more youthful glow, without using invasive chemicals,” says Icebox owner Alia Alston. “And the anti-inflammatory responses of the body to cryotherapy are also an effective means to treat chronic skin conditions, such as psoriasis, dermatitis and eczema.”

Multi-“face”-eted Customized Facial at Bliss Atlanta Downtown
If you’re looking for 60 minutes of face-focused bliss, check out the Multi-“face”-eted Customized Facial ($275) offered at Bliss Atlanta Downtown. The treatment targets specific skin issues, such as hydration, exfoliation and antiaging. “I recommend this facial for all spa goers seeking a customized service that will address a multitude of skin concerns,” says Joey Detenber, spa director. After the esthetician conducts a skin analysis and asks questions about your diet and lifestyle, you’ll be treated to a facial that might include treatments ranging from a brightening enzyme peel to microdermabrasion—designed just for you.

Signature Hydrafacial at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta Spa
Fans of microdermabrasion, meet the Hydrafacial ($225), microderm’s fancy new cousin. Give the 50-minute signature treatment at the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta a try to immediately reduce the look of fine lines, hyperpigmentation and congested pores on your face and neck. The process uses hydradermabrasion technology, which involves a nifty machine that does everything from apply an acid peel to extractions (that are actually kind of pleasant instead of painful) to applying a final antioxidant and hyaluronic acid solution, leaving your skin feeling hydrated and ready for the world. “Hydrafacial is a quick and easy way to address the pesky clogged pores, fine lines and discolorations that age our skin,” says Jenny Bradley, spa director. “In under an hour, you receive immediate results. It’s great for all skin types, and better yet, there’s no downtime.”

The Luminary at Aviary
Looking for skin so lovely it will light up a room? Then head to Aviary to try The Luminary facial (prices range from $75 to $195). This family of facials—the Rejuvenate Infusion, the Instant Infusion or a combination of both—is good for all skin types and involves Intraceuticals Oxygen Infusion treatments that use calming pressurized oxygen applied directly to the surface of the skin. “This isn’t your typical extraction/exfoliation facial, which is all about removing things from the skin,” says owner Amy Leavell Bransford. “While I love those facials, the oxygen treatment involved in this one is all about adding into the skin. The increased hydration creates a plumpness and dewiness, along with renewed texture and glow.” The facials are offered a la carte or as a series (think 30 to 45 minutes for one or 60 to 75 minutes for both).
