One of the best ways to make your party stand out is by creating a signature cocktail. This Bourbon-Blackberry Lime Rickey is delicious, refreshing and ideal for this time of year. Find Coopers’ Craft for $19.99 to $32.99 at your local liquor store, and find the recipe below.
- 1.5 oz Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
- 0.75 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 2-4 oz Sparkling water (lime or mango flavored)
- 4 Fresh blackberries
- 1 Lime wheel skewered with blackberry
- In a cocktail shaker, crush the blackberries, then add the Coopers’ Craft, lime juice and simple syrup. Fill with ice then shake for 15 seconds to combine and chill.
- Strain into Collins glass, then add ice and top with flavored sparkling water.
- Garnish with lime and blackberry skewer. and serve with a straw.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the bourbon for a flavorful sparkler.
