The newest culinary concept by renowned chef Deb Paquette, Etc is an intimate bistro with big flavor. Showcasing techniques and ingredients similar to that of its sister restaurant Etch in downtown Nashville, Etc brings a comfortable sensibility to fine dining. This Green Hills gem offers colorful menus for lunch, brunch and dinner in addition to an array of great cocktails, wines and craft beers. With Chef de Cuisine Jess Lambert and Pastry Chef Megan Williams by her side, Deb has once again wowed local and national clientele alike with her inspired food and drink.
The 68-seat venue with 12-seat bar is located in the Atlas Building at 3790 Bedford Ave. Etc. serves Paquette’s globally-driven dishes for lunch Monday-Friday, dinner Monday-Saturday and brunch on Sundays.
