It’s all in the name! SHED Fitness will help you ditch those extra pounds while also toning parts of your body you never even knew were un-toned. Every day of the week has a focus on a different muscle group, like upper body, lower body, arms/ abs, full body, and the shredder (that’s all about raising heart heart). During the workout, you are led through 3-5 stations of moderate to high intensity exercises that each last 5-8 minutes. These quick intervals create a good all-around workout, getting every inch of you fit! SHED classes are designed for any fitness level, and the exercises can be modified depending on skill and comfort levels.

RESULTS Fitness is a state-of-the-art boutique fitness studio that offers personal training, group classes, corporate wellness programs, nutrition counseling, and half marathon training. They are best known for their intense 60-minute Ultimate RESULTS class, a no nonsense workout that is interval based. Another well-known class they offer is the Triple Threat, which includes 30 minutes of intense cycle, 20 minutes of core strength and 10 minutes of stretching. This Green Hills gym also offers a 30/30 class that includes 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training that will leave you feeling fit and fabulous.
