Interim Restaurant & Bar, on Sanderlin, is coming up on 8 years as a Memphis restaurant known for tastefully combining local flavor with big city energy. The bar area offers urban, walk-in charm right in the middle of East Memphis, and from the dining area, patrons can watch Chef Jason Dallas through the window of a modern exposed kitchen as he prepares the day’s specials. And speaking of … Interim has added a few specials this month: prix fixe and seasonal options that add yet another dimension to the Interim experience.
Interim Restaurant & Bar has a new approach to lunch. Their daily specials now emphasize fresh and delicious AND light and quick options, especially perfect for professionals and busy errand-runners who want to upgrade their lunch break but are short on time. To expedite your dine-in experience, the daily lunch menu now includes an option for ordering soup, salad, sandwich and dessert to be served all on one plate. The daily lunch specials are $13. For a heartier option, they have added a Farmer’s Lunch Special, served on one plate, available for $15.
As of August 10, for a limited time, Chef Jason Dallas at Interim is offering a specially created, prix fixe menu on Sunday nights. For only $35 guests will be able to enjoy a three-course dinner at Interim! Unheard of, but we confirmed it and it’s true! Guests can also request a 3-oz wine pairing with each dish for an additional $15.
Bon appétit, Memphis!
