Blaze Pizza is relatively new to Charlotte and they quickly are becoming a favorite for us. They are similar in premise to that of a build-your-own sandwich shop — but for pizzas. You order the pizza you want and they freshly prepare it right in front of you. Their pizzas allow you to be creative with your meal but if you don’t feel like ordering a custom pizza or you’re overwhelmed by all the choices, you can order off their signature pizza menu. They also offer a s’mores pie for dessert. That’s s’mores and pie together. Need we say more?
