September 10, 2016: Creative Loafing Eat From a Truck Festival
You’ll want to save your appetite for Charlotte’s largest food truck festival, where more than 100 food trucks from across the South will convene at Avid Exchange Music Factory. September 16, 2016: Childress Vineyards Grape Stomp Harvest Party
Celebrate North Carolina’s Wine and Grape Month by stomping a few grapes at Childress Vineyards. $20 admission includes a souvenir glass, wine tasting and participation in the grape stomp. The day’s itinerary is full of live music, squished grapes and great wine. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets for sitting.
